We are incredibly proud to present F9 Drumtrax V. The latest and most comprehensive release in our infamous F9 Drumtrax range. 

Earlier releases in the F9 Drumtrax range have become weapons of mass-inspiration for many of our valued users and friends.

Our mission was simple - To give you 16 drum and FX extraordinary beat launch-pads for modern, percussion-heavy house productions with endless customisation options using our tried and tested loop, one shot and sampler sound-menu formatting. All with an organisation that is second to none. 

I know from my work that so many times you are full of ideas and vibe, with music already in your head, but that all gets drained by building beats from scratch. 

F9 Drumtrax V delivers fully produced, mixed and organised starting blocks directly to the comfort of your own DAW and studio space, perfectly levelled with no additional latency from plugins and with professional-level headroom built-in, ready for you to start your creative flow.

Whilst building the audio demos we got completely carried away and we thought - Why leave all of the additional music sitting on a drive. 

So we included all of it - As a result, this is a 2 sample packs in 1 and comes as 3 discrete zip files. We've checked, and there's not a single pack in this area offering more value.

All WAV audio is 24bit, 44.1KHz (lossless compression used for Kontakt instruments), Apple Loops are 16bit 44.1Khz as per the Apple loop standard.

New Heights in Sample Pack Production and Mixing

Regular F9 customers will know we're always trying to push the boundaries with each release, and this is our second multiformat pack. We have once again taken this pack into a serious studio to mix. 

Salvation Studios in West Brighton opened recently built around one of the finest audio consoles ever built. The last of the hand-wired Neves, a stunning 32-channel 8068 console. 

This provided the perfect environment to pre-mix such an organic collection of drum stems, bringing everything to life in a stunning way. 

Not only did use the wonderful warmth, grunt and mojo the Neve 8068 delivered, but we were processing via some stellar hardware. 

Briscati M7, Dual Pultec EQM-1S3 mastering EQs, original DBX 160 (Kick drum duties obviously), Cranesong STC-8 Compressor / Limiter, SSl Fusion and Bus + and even our beloved Neumann W492 mastering EQs (Still racked in one of the most bizarre boxes we’ve ever used as they sound amazing). 

Our favourite for the session though was an original EMT 140 plate reverb. Lively, deep enough to swim through and yet never seeming to swamp the sounds. A thing of beauty.
